No It’s not a …
No It’s not a soprano is keyed in Bb. If you play a G or a C on the soprano you are playing D and G respectively on the alto. If you are playing a sopranino sax (featured in this video) which is keyed in Eb you are playing the same notes as an alto but one octave higher.
